Artist Bio
I’m Alix, a professional pencil artist based in Medford. Right after earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts, I fell in love with colored pencils and started my own business specializing in realistic drawings. Since then, I’ve created numerous colored pencil portraits of pets, people, and wildlife. I am especially drawn to nature, and strive to capture the tiny details and unique character of every subject I draw.

Using photographs as references and Prismacolor pencils on Bristol Vellum paper, I create realistic hand drawn portraits of pets, people and various wildlife. My drawings are also featured on greeting cards, fine art prints, and heat pressed ceramic coasters.
