Artist Bio

Dreamlike, fluid, and emotional. My work seeks to create a connection between the physical and the emotional by exploring form, color, and touch. With my hands as my primary tool, I directly link my internal experience to external matter through finger painting and landscapes. In transforming my artmaking process into a somatic experience, I seek to make connections between the landscapes I observe and those that inhabit my inner world.

I have been an artist my whole life. I graduated from Boston College in 2023 with a BA in Studio Art and Philosophy. My studies have empowered me to share my art with the Boston community – a community that has supported my artistic growth since I moved here from Chicago in 2019.

Materials and Techniques

I am an abstract landscape painter and use oil paint on canvas. I employ a mix of thin washes, finger painting, and thick impasto to build up heavily layered images that have a dreamy quality.
