I have been sewing since I was 7 years old and I started this business in 2006 when my youngest son of 4 went to full time school. I needed a project that I could start when they left in the morning and I was able to finish by the time they all came home from school. Well sac A main (handbag in french) was born. I love being creative and using remnants and leather clothing in my bags. I work hard at not wasting my materials and reusing as much as i can. Thank you for considering my art for your event.

Materials and Techniques
After shopping for the most textured and unique fabrics and leathers I create one of a kind handbags. I do not use patterns or sketch before cutting and sewing. I do have a standard style that involves convenience and versatility in my designs but often use the fabric and hardware and leather to make each creation a work of art. Each bag involves sewing, heat pressing, machine cutting, hole punching , rivet applying and leather gluing. It takes about 4-5 hours to construct one bag..
